Ashburton Hospital
Boiler replacement and de-carbonisation project. Coal boilers have been replaced with 3 ground source heat pumps. New heating pipework installed through the existing tunnel network, with 2 Abstraction and 2 Re-injection Artesian Wells.
Work completed in conjunction with Airtech NZ Limited.
University of Canterbury
Psychology and Geography building Cooling upgrade. New branches cut in to existing cooling main in tunnel area. Pump installed to ground floor plant room to feed a new riser installed after demolition of old riser, to feed new Fan Coil Units and coils added to existing Air Handling Units.

Meadow Mushrooms
Heat Pump/Chiller addition and replacement of 3 Outdoor Air Source Heat Pump/Chiller.
Work completed in conjunction with Piersons Refrigeration.
Lyttelton Port Company
LTHW Heating System to feed 12x Radiators also installed by Canterbury Pipework Services. Complete with Circulating pump, dosing pot, and magnetic filter.
Work completed in conjunction with Beattie Air Conditioning.
Lincoln University
Boiler replacement and de-carbonisation project. Coal boilers have been replaced with local plant dedicated for each building. Some areas utilise Heat Pump/Chillers and others using Electric Boilers to feed Heating System and Domestic Hot Water Cylinders. We completed work across 7 buildings at Lincoln University.
